Kuala Lumpur Engineering Center (KLEC) is part of Shinryo Corporation International Division. It was set up on 1st March 2001 to provide specialist planning, design and engineering services for all international District Cooling and Cogeneration plant projects. KLEC's services support and complement the engineering resources of Shinryo's international network of companies in the district energy industry.
