As a workforce, we manage and maintain a vast network of more than 18,000 kilometres of water and sewer pipe, which if laid end to end, would stretch from Australia to London. From our Infrastructure Maintenance and IT departments to our customer-facing Contact Centre or Community Engagement teams, everyone plays a part in keeping the water flowing and the toilets flushing.
