Tulip Oil

The company was established in 2010. It was recognized early on that Germany and The Netherlands were the preferred locations to focus Tulips expertise given the remaining potential for maturing untapped reserves, the proximity to market and the stable and supportive ?scal regimes. Tulip Oil Holding B.V. (TOH) has two fully owned subsidiaries in the Netherlands (Tulip Oil Netherlands B.V. (TON) and Tulip Oil Netherlands Offshore B.V. (TONO)) and a fully controlled JV (90% holding) in Germany under Rhein Petroleum GmbH. Since then the company has grown a portfolio of mostly gas assets on and offshore in the Netherlands along with mostly oil assets onshore Germany. Tulip has discovered and produced from oil assets in Germany (Schwarzbach 100% Rhein Petroleum) and Lauben (50/50 RP/Wintershall) and gas assets in the Netherlands (Donkerbroek and Hemrik fields). In 2015, Tulip made a significant discovery offshore in the Netherlands and is currently executing the Q10-A field development plan with the aim of putting it on stream in Q2 2019. Tulips Strategy from its inception has been: - To find, appraise and develop overlooked oil and gas opportunities in the Dutch and German sectors both onshore and offshore - To use modern technology to unlock and swiftly commercialise known contingent volumes - To conduct exploratory appraisal in proven oil and gas provinces Tulip Oil focuses on assets where it can add value by proving a safe, low cost and high value appraisal and development concept on the back of the highest quality subsurface, petroleum engineering and project delivery acumen. The entrepreneurial spirit of Tulip Oils team, their tenacity and technical expertise have enabled Tulip to flourish and today we employ over 30 employees and consultants and work a strong portfolio of both onshore and offshore projects in both oil and gas at various stages of the Oil and Gas development cycle.
