The Egyptian International Gas Technology is an Egyptian joint stock company affiliated to the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum being established on June 1996 pursuant to the Egyptian Investment Law # 8 of year 1997 on the Investment Guarantees & incentives with 60% participation of Egyptian companies and 40% of ENI International B.V.
