Shell and Vivo Lubricants is the lubricants business that is owned 50% by Shell and 50% by Vitol and Helios Investment Partners. Shell and Vivo Lubricants will manufacture and blend Shell branded lubricants for distribution across Africa. The joint venture is pan-African in scope Shell and Vivo Lubricants have blending capacity at plants in seven countries (Kenya, Morocco, Tunisia, Cote d�Ivoire, Senegal , Guinea and Ghana) producing Shell branded lubricants.
