The length of 0.4-110 kV overhead power lines of the Company exceeds 372 thousand kilometers. Activities on transmission and distribution of electric power and connection of customers to 0.4 � 110 kV electric networks are provided by 11 grid divisions of the Company: Belgorodenergo, Bryanskenergo, Voronezhenergo, Kurskenergo, Kostromaenergo, Lipetskenergo, Tverenergo, Smolenskenergo, Orelenergo, Tambovenergo, and Yarenergo and also its subsidiary � Yargorelektroset, JSC, 100% stake of which was consolidated in 2010.
