Oceana Offshore was founded in 2011 by P2 Brasil with the goal of creating a family of synergistic companies i within the logistics market for offshore exploration and production. P2 Brasil is a joint venture between Promon S.A. and P�tria Investimentos, organized to invest in Brazil's infrastructure sector. The joint venture combines Promon's technical capacity and sector know-how with P�tria Investimentos' strong track record of business development and corporate governance.
