Magnolia LNG Magnolia LNG, a newly formed, wholly-owned subsidiary of Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (LNGL), is developing an up to 8 million tonne per annum (mtpa) mid-scale LNG facility in the Port of Lake Charles, Louisiana, USA using LNG Limited's highly efficient and patented OSMR� technology (Project). Bear Head LNG Liquefied Natural Gas Limited purchased 100% of the stock and assets of Bear Head LNG Corporation from a subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation and plans to develop a LNG export facility near Port Hawkesbury on Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia, Canada. The facility would initially have a production capacity of 4 mtpa with potential for future expansion.
