Keystone Engineering Inc. opened for business on July 26, 1988. The Company was formed by Ed Genois, P.E. and Rudy Hall, P.E. for the purpose of providing quality project management, engineering, drafting and procurement services to the oil and gas industry, refineries, chemical plants, and bulk handling facilities. Keystone is comprised of a diverse group of Multi-Disciplined engineers and support staff in five (5) office locations across south Louisiana and Texas. Each office is run by a General Manager that has a vested interest in our product and reputation. These owner managers and engineers provide daily project oversight as well as hands-on involvement in each project, minimizing overhead and allowing the most focused energy and effort to be spent on the quality of the end product. Keystone Engineering Inc. is registered with several states, including Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Alabama, Massachusets, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Tennessee. Currently we have over sixty-five (65) licensed engineers on staff, collectively licensed in 27 states.
