HUPECOL is a foreign-capital oil exploration and production company founded in Colombia in 1997 with the goal of exploring, producing, and transporting hydrocarbons, predominately in the Llanos Orientales basin. HUPECOL is headquartered in Bogot� where it carries out its exploration activities with the Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (ANH).
