GreenCentre Canada

At GreenCentre Canada, we take a hands-on approach to commercializing green chemistry- and materials-based innovations originating from academia and industry. GreenCentre transforms these breakthroughs into green products, processes, and services to enhance quality of life and preserve the environment for existing and future generations. GreenCentre provides an extensive and practical range of laboratory, commercial, and intellectual property services to support the development of chemistry-driven activities in Canada. Specifically, GreenCentre offers sector-focused chemistry technology development, intellectual property assessment, business development, and commercial services. We serve the research needs of academics, entrepreneurs, and established companies by adding value across the entire development chain, through our two facilities in Kingston and Mississauga, Ontario. Our Chemistry Innovation Centre in Kingston focuses on discovery chemistry and application testing, and our Scale-up and Pilot Facility in Mississaugaestablished in partnership with the Xerox Research Centre of Canadafocuses on scale-up and optimization, and pilot-scale production. GreenCentres head office is located at Innovation Park at Queens University in Kingston. Visit for more information.
