DowDuPont is a leader in Agriculture and Specialty Products, combining the complementary portfolios, resources and capabilities of heritage Dow and DuPont. DowDuPont successfully completed the spin-off of its Materials Science division, Dow, on April 1, 2019 and intends to separate the Agriculture and Specialty Products divisions into independent publicly traded companies by June 2019, subject to Board approval. Each company will have its own clear focus, scale advantages, and an enhanced ability to deliver superior solutions and choices to customers.
