DNO Norge AS (previously Origo Exploration) is a Norwegian based Exploration and Production company mainly focusing on exploration for oil and gas in mature areas in Norwegian side of the North Sea and in the Norwegian Sea, but now also expanding to more frontier areas, including the Barents Sea. In May 2017 DNO ASA acquired all the shares in Origo Exploration and renamed the company to DNO Norge AS. The company will actively pursue ownership in attractive licences in the chosen geographical areas through licence rounds and farm-ins. Over time DNO Norge has the ambition to be an active operator, and build a portfolio of assets including exploration, development and production assets.
