CELSE is a Brazilian based independent power generation company responsible for the construction of the thermal power plant Porto de Sergipe I. Located in the municipality of Barra dos Coqueiros (in the State of Sergipe, Brazil), Porto de Sergipe I will be the largest combined cycle thermal power plant in Latin America. The first phase of the project includes the construction of an integrated LNG import terminal and a gas-fired thermal power plant with an installed capacity of over 1.5GW.
