Aela Energ�a, a renewable energy generation company, was founded in June 2013 to materialize an initial 600 MW construction and operation plan in wind and solar projects in Chile. The company is owned by Actis (60%), a private equity firm specializing in investing in emerging markets and Mainstream Renewable Power (40%), a global renewable energy developer.
