Working on proposals and HR plans for all up coming projects of Advance Chemicals. 1Provides employee relations support, including employee and management counseling and issues facilitation 2 Supervise recruitment and employment process including advertising, screening, interviewing and employment verification, employment offer in collaboration with all respective Business and departmental Heads 3Designing Training Need Assessment material according to the requirement of the nature of particular field or area of concerned department. 4Conduct Trainings Need Assessments in collaboration with all respective Business & Departmental Heads. 5Coordinates with Business Schools, recruitment agencies, job websites, job consultants regarding internships and hiring needs 6Perform the role of chain between he employer and the employees 7Responsible for conducting performance appraisals, providing feed back, analysis of behavioral data, research data, and designing of new structures as assigned by Manager HR. �Monitoring the organization�s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff. �Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector; �Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so �Developing and implementing new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements; �Managing the payroll system; �Handle EOBI& PESSI Matters.
